If no response, then we will default title to DAD and fulfill any other specifications that were selected during check out.
** Font Style 1 contains 2 different colors. If you would like font style 1, FIRST select main color to fill inside the letter from the drop down-menu for thread color. THEN, please specify both colors you would like by typing it in the personalization box next to the font style 1. 1st color indicates the inside color to fill inside the border and the 2nd indicates the color of the border/outline of the letters. Example: font 1 black/white (black fill/white border)

Company Logos, & Images
After your order is placed, we'll reach out to confirm your logo or artwork file. We accept PNG, PDF, JPG, and vector files (AI, EPS, SVG). Not sure if your file will work? Send it over and we'll let you know. We'll confirm thread colors, placement, and send you a digital proof before we stitch a single thread.
We Embroider & Ship
Once you approve your proof, we get to work. Most orders are completed and shipped within 5–10 business days. Every piece is quality-checked before it leaves our hands. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you are local to Cibolo, TX area we offer free in store pick up, just select "pick up" option at checkout. You will receive a pick up notification when your order is available for pickup.
