How to start an Order

1. Select a service from the images below

Select a service from the drop down menu. We offer a variety of different services, so choose from what we have listed or message us about something else you need made. We are happy to assist you.

2. Select how many items for embroidery

Use the quantity box to tell us how many items you will be dropping off or shipping to us. You can add multiple services to your cart for an order containing multiple different pieces. For example, 6 shirts and 2 hats.

3. Fill out the customization details

Tell us what you want embroidered on your items. Provide as much details as you can. Upload artwork, text, mock up images. All are helpful. If you have questions or need clarification message us we are here to help.

4. Checkout & Schedule a Drop Off

Follow the steps to checkout. Once you have placed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email provided with a link to schedule your drop off. We will take care of the rest.

  • How It Works:

    1. Drop off your item OR Ship items to us

    2. Choose your design from our library, or email custom artwork to outwestseams@gmail.com

    3. We'll embroider your item with the same premium quality craftsmanship as our in-house products

    4. Pick up your finished piece when it's ready OR we will ship your items back to you

  • What We Accept:

    We embroider garments, hats, bags, and more. Items must be clean and embroidery-friendly. We reserve the right to decline items not suitable for the embroidery process.

Pricing

Message us for a quote for larger quantities or place your order for the type of service you need by selecting how many pieces total you need embroidered.

Service Fee — covers the embroidery of your specific type of item/service needed

Digitizing Fee — starting at $10 for most orders requiring for custom or new artwork that needs to be converted into an embroidery file (one-time per design; reusable for future orders)

**More detailed design may be subject to a higher fee**

Note for Returning Customers: Digitizing is not required if your design is already in our library or has been previously digitized.
