Bring Your Item, We'll Do the Rest
Have a garment, hat, bag, or other item you'd like embroidered? We offer a convenient drop-off embroidery service — simply bring your item to us and we'll handle the rest.
How It Works:
1. Drop off your item at our location
2. Choose your design from our existing library, or provide your own custom artwork
3. We'll embroider your item with the same premium quality craftsmanship as our in-house products
4. Pick up your finished piece when it's ready
Pricing:
Service Fee — covers the embroidery of your item
Digitizing Fee — required for custom or new artwork that needs to be converted into an embroidery file (one-time per design; reusable for future orders)
Note: Digitizing is not required if your design is already in our library or has been previously digitized.
What We Accept: Items must be embroidery-friendly and in clean condition. We reserve the right to decline items that are not suitable for the embroidery process.

What are lead times for custom orders?
Most orders ship within 5-10 business days. Larger orders may take longer to complete. Rush service is available for an expedited fee.
For orders with specific deadlines, message us with your needed completion date to check current lead times and confirm an accurate estimate.
Can I have a sample of my design?
Order single samples at full price to see exactly what you're getting. We'll provide digital and virtual proofs so you can review every detail—from design colors and sizing to placement and beyond. Request any adjustments you'd like, and we'll refine the design until it's perfect before production begins.
