What Happens After You Order
Plain Text Embroidery
Choose your product, pick your text, and place your order. It's that simple. No minimums, no hoops to jump through. Just tell us what you want embroidered and we'll take it from there.
Company Logos, & Images
After your order is placed, we'll reach out to confirm your logo or artwork file. We accept PNG, PDF, JPG, and vector files (AI, EPS, SVG). Not sure if your file will work? Send it over and we'll let you know. We'll confirm thread colors, placement, and send you a digital proof before we stitch a single thread.
We Embroider & Ship
Once you approve your proof, we get to work. Most orders are completed and shipped within 5–10 business days. Every piece is quality-checked before it leaves our hands. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you are local to Cibolo, TX area we offer free in store pick up, just select "pick up" option at checkout. You will receive a pick up notification when your order is available for pickup.

Order single samples at full price to see exactly what you're getting. We'll provide digital and virtual proofs so you can review every detail—from design colors and sizing to placement and beyond.
