Custom Bulk Hat Orders – Request Your Quote
We specialize in creating personalized embroidered hats for your special events, corporate needs, or celebrations. Our pricing is transparent and designed to accommodate orders of all sizes.
Pricing Structure:
- $25 per hat (front panel embroidery)
- $10 logo digitization fee applied to first hat design only
- Orders of 6+ hats: digitization fee waived
- Yupoong brand options available at reduced cost upon request
Ordering Process:
We can source any hat style you need. For expedited turnaround, a minimum order of 6 hats is required. Hats outside our standard catalog will be priced based on availability and acquisition cost.
How to Submit Your Request:
Please upload your logo or design in the box below and message us with complete details including:
- Color preferences
- Desired Hat Style
- Quantity needed
- Size requirements (max design width is 4.2 inches)
- Logo or image placement specifications
Default Specifications (if not specified):
- Colors will be matched as closely as possible to your provided image
- Logos and text will be sized to fill the maximum embroidery area on the hat
- Text below minimum embroidery size will be removed or enlarged at our discretion to ensure quality
Production Timeline:
Standard lead time is 15 business days from order confirmation to shipping or local customer pick up. Contact us if you require an accelerated timeline – we'll do our best to accommodate rush orders when possible.
