Yes. Orders under 12 items are considered low quantity and are subject to a digitizing fee for each design file. You can still order a single hat and quantities below 12. We currently do not have a minimum order required to purchase. For orders of 12 or more, digitizing fees are waived, and per-item discounts apply once the quantity threshold is met.

Embroidery has natural limits with fine details and gradients, but that's part of its timeless appeal. The texture, hand-crafted quality, and durability improve with wear. Once you submit your design file, we will review it and give you genuine feedback to help you make the best decision for your design.

Most low volume order ship with 5-10 business days. Larger orders may take longer to complete. 

Rush Service is available for an additional fee that is calculated based off of your order size. Message us to inquire about specific rush deadlines. For most order we can offer next day, and 2-3 day service.

Order single samples at full price to see exactly what you're getting. We'll provide virtual, digital, or test sews depending on what is most appropriate for each order. You will be able to review the details and decide color changes, and other minor details such as placement changes, or slight re-sizing. We wont start working on your items until you have approved the design choices.
